One of my favorite things about Valentine's Day is all the pretty jewelry!

I LOVE getting jewelry from my hubby and Valentine's Day is usually the only day I get any jewelry!

What woman does not want to open up a box with something sparkly?! 

I recently was given the I LOVE YOU in 120 Languages ONYX Pendant, a black onyx stone in a silver setting on a 45cm silver chain from NanoStyle.com.

Wuggle Pets Review

"Mommy! Mommy! I want a Wuggle Pet!"

This is all I heard from Amberly during Christmas!

She saw one Wuggle Pet commerical and that was it!

Wuggle? What's a Wuggle?

Now, I was not sure how well my girls would like Wuggle Pets. It seemed like something they would mess with for 5 minutes and be done with it.

When I received our starter kit, Amberly squealed with delight. Like I stated before, she has wanted this SO bad!

She even said "Yes! I was wishing for this!" I know she is just a bundle of cuteness!

I opened the box and set up the little fun factory.

I told them what to do and let them have at it.

It was a lot of fun watching them add the stuffing and the "magic dust" to their little pet. They thought it was so much fun to actually build their own stuffed animal.

Amberly likes to sleep with her Wuggle Pets unicorn and Haley clipped her puppy to her backpack.

Wuggle Pets is a simple toy but my girls love to play with theirs. I think it is the simple fact that they built it themselves and it has "magic dust" in them. Or as Amberly says "pixi dust".

The only problem that I had was if they spilled the magic dust (little stars) it takes forever to pick them up! I did not want to vacuum it up because it would have lead to a melt down!

A few hours later, I noticed that her eyes were turning red and glazed over.

She had developed a fever of 101.1.

I gave her another dose of PediaCare and within 15 minutes the fever started to go down.

Now after this dose, she did get sleepy and fall asleep on our recliner but it did help with the pain and fever.

Seneca Farms Review

 A good breakfast to me means fast, convenient, and tasty.

With mornings being so busy for me, I have to have breakfast on the go. I have to also keep in mind that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I have to find products that make my mornings easier for myself and my family.  Now, I have never had oatmeal on the go. I was very surprised at how convenient Seneca Farms oatmeal was.

Seneca Farms Cranberry Apple is ready to eat. Just warm it for 45 seconds.

I really enjoyed the Cranberry Apple, even though it was a little sweeter than I was use to.

It comes in a six ounce measured cup that makes it a quick and easy meal!

The real test is getting my girls to eat it.

I warmed up a cup for each and gave them a spoon.

I watched as they looked at it and asked what is was.

"Oatmeal."

They took a little tiny bite and said YUM. I like oatmeal!

I was sent What's Wrong With Me? to read and review.

I found this book very interesting.

My favorite part of What's Wrong With Me? is how honest the author is about the things she considered she did wrong. 

It made me think about the things that I do daily that are "wrong". 

I can only imagine how hard it was for her to write this book since nobody really wants to write about the things they do wrong. 

But so much can be learned from reading this book. 

Another aspect that I really enjoyed is that Daree wrote about what she SHOULD have done in these situations and how to handle situations like she encountered. 

What's Wrong With Me really opened my opens about how I handle the hard things in life.

Not only does Daree discuss what she has done wrong and how she should have handled them but she also backs up her beliefs with scriptures. 

What's Wrong With Me? is the perfect book for teenagers and young adults.

Swingline SmartTouch Stapler #Review

I was sent the Swingline SmartTouch Stapler & a box of Premium Swingline Staples to review from Shoplet.com.

You can find a wide variety of products from Shoplet.com. Upon receiving the Swingline SmartTouch Stapler, my first thought was that it was very sleek and modern looking. I am use to bulky staplers so I was very surprised to see that the SmartTouch Stapler is sleek and stylish.

I then noticed that this stapler had a cushioned grip. It was very comfortable and it formed to the shape of my hand! The SmartTouch Stapler also has rubber on the bottom to help prevent it from sliding around. 

I was a little confused on how to put the staples in since this stapler did not open from the top, like I am use to. It took me a few moments to figure out that the bottom slides out and that is where I insert the staples. It is super easy to insert the staples and slide the bottom back in.

The staples are well made. They were not flismy. The Swingline Premium Chisel Point Staples came in a sturdy plastic box with a flip lid that was very easy to open. There are a total of 5,000 staples in the box! 

Swingline SmartTouch Stapler is strong and jam-resistant. I had to put this to the test. I first took 5 or 6 pieces of paper and use the stapler. It was quick and easy and I had no problems. I then tried 10 or 12 pieces of paper. It was a little bit harder to get the stapler to go all the way through but it worked! 

I have used staplers before and usually have had problems stapling more than 7 or 8 pieces of paper together. I was quite pleased that I did not have any problems stapling so many together!

I am really pleased with Shoplet.com. I will continue to shop for office supplies through this wonderful site!

I was not sure how "fun" this game was going to be since my girls are a little too young to really spell, but I must say they LOVED playing this game...Even tho most of the time real words was not spelled out.

The Zero Scale #Review

I am a rug person. I love having cute rugs throughout my house.

I have recently starting getting into the whole Yoga thing, but had no clue on how to actually start. 

I don't really have the time to go to yoga classes, so I tried to find ways to incorporate yoga at home.

I was introduced to a great yoga book called Sit Stretch Smile by Dr. Howie Shareff.

This books teaches you how to practice "Chair Yoga".

Sit Stretch Smile shows you how to perform yoga in any flat, stable chair.

After reading this book, I can perform yoga while taking a break from blogging or working on my school work!

I can be clumsy at times, so the accompanying DVD helps me out a lot!

It helps show me how to position myself and fully enjoy the relaxation of yoga.

If you are anything like me, watching and reading will help out a lot!

This DVD has a 90 minute runtime set against calming ocean waves.

It has different lessons depending on your yoga level.

This program recommends you do 15 to 50 minute sessions. It really depends on your available time and ability. I usually do it for about 15-20 minutes. 

It gives you great instructions on proper posture, positions and emphasizes the importance of BREATHING.

Every single session should end with a few minutes of quiet mediation to help center yourself.

I really enjoyed that both the book and DVD gave me easy and clear instructions. I always feared that yoga was something that was very complex but through this book I have learned that with a simple guide it is possible to do yoga from home!

We love playing games together and became very excited when we got the opportunity to review two hot games, Lumps, The Elf Coal Game and Family Talk 2!

Lumps, the Elf Coal Game is a perfect game to play during the holidays and makes a perfect stocking stuffer!

Lumps, the Elf Coal Game is a highly addicting dice game. 

We had a blast figuring out this game and played for hours!

The Lumps Legend:

Children around the world have been so good over the past few years; lumps of coal have built up at the North Pole. Puzzled by what to do with the excess coal; Santa's elves decided to create an exciting new game that uses lumps of coal of all shapes and sizes. The game is so much fun, good little boys and girls, for the first time ever, are excited to get lumps of coal in their stocking!

The goal is to score the most points in three rolls by rolling pairs of the same number. Roll a pair of 3s, score 3 points, a pair of 10s scores 10 points. 

What makes this game so unique is that it has four different types of dice and there are few high numbers.

On each turn you have to make decisions on which dice to keep and re-roll. 

There are endless possibilities!

Family Talk 2 was the second game we got to play.

This game has become one of my favorite games to play with my family.

This edition of Family Talk comes with 100 new and exciting questions.

Each card has a different question.

The questions range from simple conversations starters to more complex questions.

"Who is your favorite cartoon character?" "If money and time were no object, what would you most like to do for someone else?"

The game is very easy to play. Pick a card and ask a question.

Go around the table and answer!

The best part about this game is that it is portable!

You can play this game while traveling this holiday season!

Family Talk 2 is recommended for ages 3 and up and 2 or more people.
