I have to admit that I was thrilled when I got the opportunity to review a pet pillow made by Deborah Mix Designs! She has some of the cutest pillows! I was given the opportunity to choose one pillow from her Silhouette Pillows of Dogs and Cats or Spoiled Brat Collection. I chose the Yorkshire Terrier Dog Pillow from the Spoiled Brat Collection.
Deborah is a graphic designer, computer artist and needlepoint artist. She also has a dog grooming practice, which certainly keeps her on her toes. (She must be one busy woman!) Most importantly, Deborah is a pet teacher who draws on inspiration for her designs from her four fabulous felines and one "obnoxious" little canine. Together with her pets, she lives in New York City.
I really have to admire Deborah for all the different things she has accomplished!
Thoughts on Yorkshire Terrier Dog Pillow:
Out of all the pillows, I chose the Yorkshire Terrier Dog Pillow because I thought it was the cutest. I am a big fan of the Yorkshire Terrier so I knew I had to have this pillow the minute I saw it. I also like the name of the collection: Spoiled Brat Collection. I have been around Yorkshire Terriers before and they do act like "spoiled brats". It is so cute!
I really like the way the pillow was made. I thought it was made very well. The stitches are sturdy which is great for me because it means it well stand against my 4 and 5 year old! I love the material it is made out of. It is backed with beige cotton fabric and stuffed with polyester fiberfill.
About the Silhouette Collection:
Silhouette pillows of dogs and cats: French Bulldog, Cocker Spaniel, Himalayan/Persian Cat and Labrador Retriever, just to name a few! They are 15" x 15: square. Hand wash.
About the Spoiled Brat Collection:
Shape pillows of pampered pets in the lap of luxury: Frenchie on poof chair, Boston Terrier in mini circus tent, Yorkshire Terrier in jewel box, Tabby Princess and Pug in Pagoda, just to name a few!
On top of some really cute pillows, Deborah also makes some other cute products! I am loving the Pirate Paperweight Coaster! ~I am a huge pirate fan!~ She even sells Animal Cut Out Cards! So you can buy a pillow and card to match!
