Bonus Content: One Tree Hill

I am super excited that Season 9 of One Tree Hill has officially started.

If you know me at all, you will know that One Tree Hill is one of my all time favorite TV shows!

You can catch the final season (yes, I am very sad) of One Tree Hill every Wednesday at 8/7c on The CW!

Along with 22 episodes, The Complete Eighth Season of OTH also features over 2 hours of bonus features including 3 all-new featurettes, two full-length commentaries, deleted scenes and a hilarious gag reel. 

I absolutely love watching the bonus features of any show that I like. I think that featurettes, audio commentaries, and deleted scenes helps not only myself but any OTH fan to fully understand the background of the different characters and stories.

I like watching the deleted scenes because it lets me see added footage to a scene and most of the time it shows me more information about the storyline. 

It could be something small, but I just can not get enough of OTH!

Now, I was sent the Complete Eighth Season of OTH. I am so excited about watching the deleted scenes and gag reel!

I have seen past seasons gag reels and it really shows the different personalities of the actors and actresses of OTH. I like watching how they interact with each other behind the set.

The Wedding: Brooke and Julian

In Season 9 Episode 13, The Other Half of Me, Brooke and Julian finally tie the knot. It was one of my favorite episodes since I have been rooting for Brooke and Julian. After Peyton and Lucas left show, my favorite couple has been Brooke and Julian.

Thinking back to this episode, it made me think about my "dream" wedding. I would love to have a wedding just like Brooke's. It was elegant, dreamy and just perfect. It was everything I imagined Brooke's wedding would be like. My favorite part of the whole wedding was when Brooke was walking down the aisle. It was breath taking and you could really tell that they was madly in love with each other.

I Don't Want To Be: One Tree Hill

Music plays a huge role in One Tree Hill. For the 8th season, different artists came to the studio and sang their own version of 'I Don't Want To Be' - the theme song for One Tree Hill.

I am suppose to discuss which cover was my favorite and why, but I must be honest and say that I did not have a favorite. Each episode I was anxious to see how the theme song was going to sound like. 

I liked each version. Each version of the song was different but the same. It made me think back to the past seasons and reminded me of the reasons why I loved this show. I really enjoyed the different takes on the song. It was quite amusing.

Valentine's Day is Over: One Tree Hill

My all time favorite TV show is One Tree Hill. I have seen every single episode going from season 1 to season 8.

Valentine's Day is Over was one of my favorite episodes during Season 8. In Season 8, Ep 15, Valentine's Day is Over, sex games and secrets all come into play as the couples of OTH celebrate Valentine's Day. Brooke and Julian spend their VDay together, while Clay and Quinn enjoy a romantic dinner. 


My favorite part of this episode was all the different "characters" Brooke and Julian did throughout the whole episode. I really enjoyed the fun attitude they had towards each other. It really showed how much they enjoyed each other and how in love they are. It also shows that couples can use a simple costume and spice up their bed room time! My favorite scene including Brooke and Julian was when Brooke was dressed up like a maid. It was funny, cute and quirky!
