The segment on The Dr. Oz Show shared results of arsenic in apple juice by using a method intended for testing water and waste water, and not the method specified for testing fruit juices. Basically, fruit juice is more complex than water, and accurate results require a different testing method.
Bottom line: the test results reported on the Dr. Oz program are not accurate.
